ShelterCLEAN manages, cleans, repairs, and provides posting and turnkey installation services for over 10,000 bus stops in the Greater Los Angeles Metropolitan Area , which includes Orange and Riverside Counties.

ShelterCLEAN is the maintenance service contractor for CBS/Decaux, LLC for the prestigious City of Los Angeles’ Coordinated Street Furniture twenty-year franchise agreement. ShelterCLEAN provides our quality service for CBS Outdoor in showcase cities in the Metro Los Angeles region.

Our Arizona affiliate, ShelterCLEAN of Arizona, Inc oversees and services over 3,000 bus stops with a variety of amenities, including shelters, for the Cities of Phoenix and Glendale.

ShelterCLEAN is a provider of mall posting installing advertisement displays for prominent outdoor advertising companies at some of Los Angeles’ premier shopping properties, including The Grove, The Americana at Brand, Westwood Pavilion, Commons at Calabasas, and Westlake Promenade. Our mall posting operations team posts at over seventy (70) different shopping malls, plazas, and retail centers in Southern California, Las Vegas, and San Jose. Our transit and mall posting operations include receiving, handling, and storage of copy, along with work order management and record keeping.
